The Elegant Relic previews each item and selects the highest quality pre-owned furniture and accessories. Furniture and accessories must be in line with the image of the store, in good condition , and clean. The Elegant Relic reserves the right to reject any item. Our goal is to provide the finest in pre-owned home furnishings and accessories. Potential consignors are welcome to call to make a appointment to preview the item (s) or submit a photo in person or by email for preview.

 

The Elegant Relic will price your merchandise to provide you fair market value, while also offering value to our customers. It is our policy not to compromise the consigned price by accepting offers or "bargaining" . The Elegant Relic does however use the following price adjustment schedule: Merchandise that has not sold will be marked down by 15% at 30 days and 60 days during the 90 day consignment period. Once the consignment period is over the consignor is responsible for picking up the item or the item becomes property of the Elegant Relic.

 

At the Elegant Relic our consignors receive 60% of the final selling price. Consignor's statements and checks are available once a month. In the event the consignment item does not sell in the 90 day consignment period the consignor must pick up the item by the last day of the consignment period, there are no notices sent to the consignor, they are responsible for keeping up with the end of their consignment period. All items left passed the final consignment date will be considered abandoned by the consignor.
